Demalou Return and Exchange Policy

Thanks for choosing Demalou for your next surf adventure!

We are happy to refund full priced purchases, when it is received back within 14 days of receiving your order. Everything must be returned in the original condition (all tags need to remain attached and the items must be returned in the original packaging). Any items that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

For returning orders, please contact Slownature customer service for the most resent return address and any open questions. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded less taxes, duties and shipping charges.

Please note that Demalou is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have been delivered. If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability and price.
